Required Qualifications:- High school degree or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a Leasing Manager or Assistant Property Manager required.
- Previous experience leasing at multiple properties and multiple markets preferred.
- Previous experience in both luxury conventional housing and student housing preferred.
- Experience with Onesite and Yieldstar preferred.

What You’ll Do:
As a Housekeeper, you’ll assist with properly maintaining the appearance of a multifamily apartment community by carrying out cleaning duties.
Your Responsibilities:- Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas. Cleaning duties can include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning surfaces such as ceiling vents, cleaning restrooms, etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Carry out heavy duty cleaning and other special projects.
- Notify management of reoccurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Other duties as directed and assigned.
